Loan shark is illegal

I realized that there are so many loan shark who threaten debtor. they lend their money without mortgage. After then they ask for high interests. I think that's unfair. they just take advantage of debtor's emergency. It debtor can't pay off their money. loan shark used to make threat of violence. It makes them to decide to commit suicide.

 

To encourage debtor is going bankrupt or basically lowering interests rate in bank. Loan sharks are illegal. therefore we should tighten korea's laws to eradicate running their business. and we should research for rout how they approach to loan shark. In addition, loan sharks sometimes enforce debtor to prostitute her body for hire. If they can't pay off their money. that is severe crime. that is unacceptable.

 

In my experience, they send many and unspecified people illegal message. and they make advances to potential debtor. Software developer should upgrade their software to prevent spam message. and police man should trace their track. and catch them. the most important thing is that Society have to care about people who consider debtor being. I think most of loan sharks are involved in gangster. If police man pick up their illegal action. they should catch them right away.

2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games

I thought If we hold Winter Olympic we could earn money. but according to presentation, Although we hold Olympic, we might not get profit from it. there are some negative effect. I think when we build stadium, we should consider how that subsitute to other way we can use For instance, Stadium Ice skater use can replace baseball stadium for summer. therefore we can save money to keep stadium.

It's very expensive to maintain stadium. that's is big loss. And people will be hired by Olympic mediator. however After olympic , they will be fired. because they are casual job. we should consider people who want to get regular job.

 

To make money we should promote Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games all over ther world through TV, newspaper, that has effect on people who want to come olympic Not only we should be interested in Winter Olympic but we should consider attration of Pyeongchang, Visitor will visit attraction around Pyeongchang. If we hold festival for visitor. we can make profit. and they will be happy.

 

I think we should hold event every year. Even if Pyeongchang Winter Olympic is finished , It won't be forgetful.

 

English is one of the language we have to learn. Nothing more and Nothing less.

I don't think my children have to learn english education earlier than elementary school. They are not mature, and They don't even know korean culture exactly. Therefore they have to learn korean culture first. Even though they don't know korean culture, If they learn english, It's ridiculous. Because English comes with western culture. I'm for globalization though, We have to respect traditional culture. It might change into culture invasion. I think English is one of the language we have to learn. Nothing more and Nothing less. Therefore we don't have to enforce them to learn english. Instead we can encourage them to learn english. Because they have different ability to learn language without korean language. they have to be seperated in different class.

 

Not only we spend too much money on english But many students go to english area to learn english. we spend much money for private class. If you go to JongRo. you can easily find lots of private class. It makes their parents on pressure. and little bird told me that few students got operation about their tongue. Because they want to pronounce english. that is why they change their tongue.

 

To sum up, I am totally against learning english early, English is not major in korea, But also To globalize is important. I think Leaning english after elementary school. that's not late.
