Student Ordinances

 

I think we need student ordinances, They ara not mature therefore, They don't know how to control their personality, and They don't have a experience. they are puberty. therefore, they are very sensitive. they tend to defy their teacher at no reasons. and some of students are still rude and try to make a fun of teacher such as sexual harrassment , swearing , ignoring and even picking a fight and so on. In addition some students don't want to go to school, But If they get out of school, they are exposed from crime and they are uneducated therefore, They are hard to get a good job and they will be poor class. We are still difficult to get a good job, If we don't go to university in korea, This is a reality of korea.

 

That's because we have to enact new policy of school. we have to enforce rule. For instance detention, letter of apology , getting students to keep their both hands for long time. Instead we don't have to hit them. At present students can easily use a internet so they are exposed from bad web-sites. young students tend to imitate what adult do , We are concerned about a little chance they commit copycat crime. Student who commit crime don't commit only misdemeanor anymore. therefore we should protect them within school, we should come up with program they can come back to school. If they are too free to act like a adult, It's big problem , Some rich student will show off their cloths, cosmetics, motorcycle and electronics and so on.

it makes other poor student who can't buy them to be jealous of rich students, They are not mature so They can't control their mind yet.

 

In other words, Unless there exist strong rule of school, This is not school anymore. We can give them a penalty without touching them or consult with their parents. Until they become grown-ups, they have to have limitation of behavior. I agree that we have to prohibit physical punishment. However, We don't have to let them free to act like a adult.

 

Minimum wage is to survive.

I think minimum wage is too low, Even if we work for 1 hour, we earn only about 4 dollars, but according to Bigmac index, when you have BigMac , it's not enough to buy a BigMac set in korea, many of people set up a labor union. holding a demonstration against company, they are on strike, the government have to intervene between companies and labor union and help them negotiate as a mediator. because they have different point of view. If labor union are on strike , not only companies are damaged but consumers.

In my opinion, companies discriminate casual job, those who have casual job earn lower wage than regular job. gab is very big. worker who have casual job usually earn minimum wage. No matter how hard they work , they can't accumulate money. they mustn't be satisfied with their life. and if they have debts, they won't be able to repay debts they owe from bank. and they will go bankrupt. middle class turn into poor class therefore, infrastructure will be going down due to high inflation, it's hard to become middle class or upper class from poor class in korea.

that's why Companies have to raise their minimum wage. most of them are second-class citizen.

 

on the other hand we also have to consider companies's stance. if you become a owner of restaurant, you also have to give money to worker. you also want to save money. if manpower is very expensive , it will be hard to run your own restaurant.

 

Although it has some problem, i'm for raising a minimum wage much more than now. workers have right to work happy. they wish their happy future.

We have every reason to ride Hybrid Car

Improved hybrid cars are coming out these days. It’s very innovative and it will keep our fresh air from pollution.  It’s important to plant trees to make fresh air. But the most important thing is to radically change cars which make emission into hybrid cars. Lots of company tries to improve battery capacity and reduce the price. And they try to expand infrastructure where consumer can get battery of hybrid car charged. In addition ToYoTa announced they changed quality of the material of a hybrid car into light material these days. If you commute short distance I definitely recommend hybrid car. It’s more economical than ordinary cars.  

On the other hand, there are many people who can’t afford to buy a hybrid car, and it’s too expensive to maintain a hybrid car. I’ v heard that one of the problems is engine weight which is heavy. If you enjoy driving at a speed of more than 100km/h ordinary car is low maintenance than a hybrid car. Engine of a hybrid car is heavy so It’ s not efficient to maintain your car.

Lots of company aims at upper classes who can buy hybrid cars.

So they don’t consider if car battery is expensive. In addition Most of engine components are imported so it’s hard to reduce the price.

Even if it has couple of weakness I insist on riding a hybrid car. If we can’t afford to buy it, we’d better take transportations we can save money Since the earth has limited oil, we should replace resources with others I think Lots of company is trying to improve a hybrid car. it’s more future-oriented and eco-friendly.

In future I’m looking forward to riding a eco-friendly hybrid car.
